Purposes, Legal Bases, and Legitimate Interests

• Conclusion and performance of contracts (orders, delivery, complaints) — Art. 6(1)(b).
• Compliance with legal duties (tax, accounting, archiving) — Art. 6(1)(c).
• Legitimate interests (protection and enforcement of rights, prevention of fraud/abuse, IT security) — Art. 6(1)(f).

Categories of Recipients

• Hosting & platform provider (EuroServer), payment services, postal/courier services, analytics providers (Google). Recipients receive data only to the extent necessary for the relevant service.

Transfers Outside the EU/EEA

We do not regularly transfer data outside the EU/EEA. If a provider (e.g., Google) transfers data, it is based on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards.

Storage Periods

• Contractual and accounting records: 10 years.
• Technical cookies: duration necessary for operation.
• Analytics: per provider settings or until consent withdrawal.
• Claims/defence documentation: until the end of limitation periods plus a reasonable margin.

Your Rights

Access; rectification; erasure; restriction; portability (where applicable); objection to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing; withdrawal of consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ÚOOÚ.

Requirement to Provide Data

Providing identification and contact data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract (without it we cannot process your order or deliver goods). Providing analytics/marketing data is voluntary.

Automated Decision‑Making

We do not use automated decision‑making or profiling producing legal effects concerning you.
